These individuals must identify themselves as part of the” Group Res ID: NAT050923 or “Native American and Indigenous Studies Association -2023 Annual Conference Room Block ” and call prior to the cut-off date of April 10, 2023, to take advantage of your discounted group rate.

Option Two – If booking by phone, guests must call our Central Reservations number at 1- 833-642-9137 It is important that each of your guests contact the Hotel at least thirty days prior to your arrival date (Apr 9th, 2023) and identify themselves as part of your Group, and provide us with guest name, requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double, queen or suites), check-in and check-out dates, and VIP status. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. It would be appreciated if the Hotel could be included on the attendee mailing list, to stay informed as to when reservations are likely to begin arriving.
To identify themselves as part of the group, they can reference group code “N97” or by name “NAISA 2023 Conference”

NAISA Local Host Committee has worked with New College on the University of Toronto – St. George campus to hold a small block of rooms in New College Dorms.
